Tamoxifen Citrate (Tamox) is a drug classified as a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). In the bodybuilding and performance enhancement world, it is primarily used to combat, reduce, and prevent gynecomastia, which can occur when using moderate or aromatizable anabolic steroids.

How to Use Tamoxifen Citrate:

For Gynecomastia Prevention:

• Dosage: 10-30 mg per day, with 20 mg per day being the common dose.
• Note: Higher doses (greater than 20-40 mg per day) do not enhance the effectiveness of preventing or reducing gynecomastia.

For Post Cycle Therapy (PCT):

• Dosage: 20-40 mg per day.
• Cycle Length: 4-6 weeks.
• Administration: Tamoxifen Citrate has a long half-life (5-7 days), so it doesn't need to be split into multiple doses throughout the day. It can be taken with or without food.
